Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with all parties involved in patient care.
- Maintain a strong emphasis on delivering the highest quality of care to clients and patients.
- Exhibit a professional, friendly, and supportive demeanor at all times.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with maintaining their accounts and completing necessary electronic documentation.
- Ensure that electronic forms are accurately saved in the electronic medical record system.
- Provide education to clients regarding products, medications, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and adjust invoices as required.
- Collect payments at the time of service delivery.
- Handle requests from other veterinary practices and related entities.
- Prioritize and resolve tasks effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in computer, phone, mathematical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in veterinary or animal-related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is preferred.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Skilled in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Capable of processing information quickly and accurately.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $19.
