  • Provide education to clients regarding products, medications, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and adjust invoices as required.
  • Collect payments at the time of service delivery.
  • Handle requests from other veterinary practices and related entities.
  • Prioritize and resolve tasks effectively.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in computer, phone, mathematical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in veterinary or animal-related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology is preferred.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Skilled in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Capable of processing information quickly and accurately.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $19.
