Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include:
- Efficiently pulling, preparing, and picking products.
- Receiving materials and ensuring accurate verification and stocking.
- Managing the unloading process for shipments, including UPS and FedEx.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations, encompassing shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Full-time Contract Opportunity

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Preferred experience as a Forklift Operator and in cycle counting.
- Minimum of 1 year of computer proficiency, particularly with Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders effectively.
- Capability to perform manual lifting of up to 35 lbs.

Compensation:
Pay rate is set at $18.00 per hour.
