Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with additional hours as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Kinetik is seeking a candidate with 1 to 5 years of experience in NGL and/or scheduling. The selected individual will collaborate with external marketers responsible for daily gas sales and will manage interactions with NGL downstream and transmission pipelines to address plant disruptions or nomination discrepancies. Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting gas schedulers by maintaining regular communication with producers to ensure timely and accurate nominations into transmission pipelines for the upcoming gas day.
  • Managing monthly NGL nominations and monitoring daily NGL movements from plant tailgates to downstream pipelines.
  • Assisting gas scheduling efforts to manage both planned and unplanned daily flows into various transmission pipelines.
  • Collaborating closely with the Accounting department to assist with intra-company reporting and month-end processes.
  • Working alongside plant operators to oversee the flow of gas and NGLs into downstream pipelines.
  • Coordinating with field operators to manage gas and NGL flows into Kinetik gas plants, ensuring smooth operations during planned and unplanned events while minimizing impacts on producers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, producers, and external partners to enhance Kinetik's reputation as a leading Permian Midstream organization, dedicated to providing safe and reliable services.
  • Taking the initiative to resolve flow disruptions that cannot be managed by external contractors.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in plant operations.
  • At least one year of experience in NGL and/or gas scheduling is preferred.
  • Experience with NGL pipeline systems in the Permian region is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Working Environment:
  • This position will primarily be based in an office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Frequent travel to field facilities within the assigned region will be necessary.
  • Availability outside of standard working hours may be required based on business needs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other applicable standards, including meeting productivity benchmarks.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance is required.
  • Capability to work effectively in various working conditions as described.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs. safely.
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record are required.
