Job Description
This role involves assisting in the safe manufacture of pharmaceutical chemicals and intermediates in potent drug and GMP Labs, while progressively learning job functions. The ideal candidate will perform and interpret in-process control checks, maintain equipment and supplies, and assist with maintaining status reports and ordering materials. Additionally, they will display ability to set up and follow procedures, maintain a high level of housekeeping, and demonstrate initiative in completing training and retaining knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting production goals through hands-on operations of lab processes and equipment, learning all production process steps, and completing tasks according to Potent Drug Lab and GMP Lab SOPs and batch records. They will also maintain a high level of housekeeping, assist in troubleshooting processes and equipment, and participate in the installation, qualification, and startup of new processes and equipment.

Benefits
Corden Pharma offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. They must also possess strong attention to detail, computer skills, mechanical aptitude, creativity, and ability to understand and implement company policies and practices.
