At Kriser's Natural Pet, we're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and promoting the well-being of pets. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in influencing the performance and behavior of store Team Members under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with an exceptional experience by sharing product knowledge and suggestions to meet customer needs and promote pet health.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overall management of store operations, including inventory management, special store events, and promotions.
  • Coach and lead Team Members to provide an exceptional guest experience and achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of inventory, including merchandise replenishment, adjustments, and shipment processing.
  • Positively interact with pet parents in-person, via email, text, and phone.
  • Perform front-end duties, such as handling the cash register, bagging, and preparing displays.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional retail sales experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional managerial experience.
  • Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
