Dishwasher Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Guy Fieri's Smokehouse. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dish room and assist with cleaning other areas of the space as needed.
  • Operate dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
  • Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift.
  • Keep all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Demands:
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing for an entire shift.
  • Safely moving about in all areas of the kitchen.
