About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible hours during the week and weekends. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong desire to help others.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, plus commissions based on sales performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  2. Conduct needs-based policy reviews and update policies as necessary.
  3. Process payments and report claims in a timely manner.
  4. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other Allstate products to existing customers.
  5. Generate new business through prospecting and lead generation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Good organizational skills.
