Law Enforcement Specialist

**Job Summary**

Under the general direction of the Police Sergeant, the Police Officer will perform law enforcement and crime prevention duties to maintain citizen safety, protection of life and property, and compliance with City, State, and Federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce laws and regulations to ensure public safety and order
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
• Investigate crimes and gather evidence to support criminal proceedings
• Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and best practices
• Maintain accurate records and reports of investigations and incidents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
