We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Associate/Driver to join our team at 315 Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely driving and operating a delivery vehicle to deliver packages to customers in the Virginia Beach area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a delivery van to drop off packages to customers within your community
  • Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
  • Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21+ years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report
  • Must be able to operate & navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less (Initial training provided)
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
