Job Responsibilities:
Support the Client Advisory Teams in all aspects of client service and daily operations, as well as special initiatives.

The primary duty involves assisting with the daily functions of individual Client Teams. This may include drafting instructional letters, completing account applications, preparing fund subscription documents, and aiding in the creation of client presentation materials.

Additionally, the Associate will work collaboratively with client teams to facilitate money movements and execute trades within accounts, while ensuring adherence to processes in conjunction with the firm's Capital Markets Group.

Associates serve as a valuable information resource to accountants, bankers, and other professionals who support our clients.

As an Associate progresses along their Career Path, there will be opportunities for further professional growth through internal programs and by pursuing professional certifications (CFP, CFA).

Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree
– Previous experience in the financial management sector, particularly in Client Operations and Administration, is advantageous, though not mandatory for recent graduates
– Basic understanding of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments is preferred
– Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive issues
– Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
– A positive attitude and initiative in all aspects of the role
– Ability to prioritize tasks amidst competing demands
– Committed to learning and growth, and motivated to embrace new challenges
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
