We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Johns Hopkins Health Plans. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic business intelligence tools, analyze complex data sets, and drive data-driven decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' related experience in healthcare, including 2 years of data analytic experience.
  • Expertise in SQL programming, reporting, and business intelligence techniques & tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience working in agile development framework.
  • Knowledge in healthcare terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and techniques, healthcare payer business operations, data regulations, and project management methodologies.
