International Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Manager to join our team at RSM Global. As a key member of our International Tax practice, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory services to our clients, including planning, research, compliance, and general mergers and acquisitions activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and quality expertise in international tax services, including transfer pricing and foreign tax credits.
- Manage complex tax issues and communicate effectively with clients and service teams.
- Advise clients on international tax planning, research, and compliance, including forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and 1118.
- Work with RSM member firms around the world to deliver seamless tax services to clients.
- Assist with new business development, extended service, and tax issue recognition for existing clients.
- Manage corporate international client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-related field.
- Active CPA or JD with State Bar.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Public Accounting with a focus in International Tax.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax law/rules and implications.
- Experience with International Tax compliance, including forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and 1118.
- Working knowledge of inbound and outbound structure planning, foreign tax credits, worldwide tax minimization planning, transfer pricing analysis, and ASC 740.
- Strong technical skills in accounting, tax preparation, and review within the international taxation environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm.
