• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
• Develop and implement personalized financial plans to meet client objectives

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a relationship-building role
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial products and services

• Experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
