Jet Midwest is a leading commercial aviation company specializing in the sale, lease, and maintenance of commercial aircraft. We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join our Materials Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process outbound shipments with accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Handle aircraft parts according to quality standards
  • Prepare aircraft parts for shipment and conduct visual inspections
  • Provide exceptional service to customers and internal teams
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies
Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • Experience in Shipping or Materials Management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of logistics providers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
