Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
Phlebotomist I: New graduates or individuals with less than 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Phlebotomist II: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Essential Skills
This position demands critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to operate with minimal oversight. Candidates must be adept at functioning in high-pressure environments and responding appropriately to various situations.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred.
