Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of cold menu items such as salads, fruit, wraps, and parfaits.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
  • Lead food preparation activities and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the food prep area.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Director on food orders and ensure readiness for the dinner shift.
  • Stay informed about new product offerings and adhere to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Support with restaurant opening tasks and follow all company policies and guidelines.

About Us:
We are recognized as a leading quick-service restaurant committed to exceptional customer service and hospitality. Our establishment is faith-based, independently owned, and operated.

Compensation:
Starting at $15.50/hr during training, increasing to $16.50/hr post-training.

Position Type:
Availability required Monday to Saturday between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Full-Time, 40+ hours weekly.

Benefits:
Up to 40 hours of PTO (for Full-Time employees), access to a yearly scholarship of up to $2,500, Sundays off, flexible hours, staff meals, and a positive work environment.

Prerequisites:
Minimum age: 16 years. Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Strong multitasking skills and reliability are essential. A friendly, energetic attitude and effective communication skills are also important.
