Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Story Cannabis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers with a warm and welcoming smile, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for a great shopping experience.
  • Process Transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Assist with Inventory Management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting nightly inventory counts.
  • Provide Product Knowledge and make recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products to meet their needs.
  • Work Collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable Transportation and a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport.
  • Must be 21+ Years Old and able to pass a background check.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to Push, Pull, or Lift 50 Pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Exposure to Fertilizer, Dusts, Odors, High Heat, and/or Extreme Low Temperature and other environmental variables.
Education
  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent required.
  • Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Plant Science Field is desirable.
