The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring that their needs are met, and providing guidance to our nursing staff. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Monitoring patients' conditions and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
  2. Observing and interpreting patients' symptoms and communicating them to physicians.
  3. Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Performing routine procedures, such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and filling in patients' charts.
  5. Adjusting and administering patients' medication and providing treatments according to physicians' orders.
  6. Inspecting facilities and acting to maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards, including decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds.
  7. Providing instant medical care in emergencies.
  8. Supervising and training Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants.
  9. Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
  10. Expanding knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops and conferences.


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record as an RN, in-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a responsible and compassionate approach to patient care. Restorative nursing experience is preferred but not required.
