We are currently seeking a full-time Physiotherapist (PT) to join our team in Ida Grove, IA. This position is open to new graduates as well as experienced professionals.
This role involves assessing, treating, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Program Development: Plan, market, and develop new therapy programs to improve patient outcomes and address community needs.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Staff Education: Lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff, promoting a culture of learning.
- Operational Support: Assist with the daily operations of the therapy department, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Must possess or be eligible for state licensure in Iowa.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in outpatient therapy is beneficial, but not required.
