We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Program Manager to join our Global Onboarding team at Cypress HCM. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our new hire and hiring manager onboarding through exceptional experiences and stakeholder collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a critical member of the Global Onboarding team, you will be a subject matter expert, responsible for continuously enhancing the end-to-end onboarding experience, via data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Design and deliver outstanding onboarding experiences for various work environments, including hybrid, in-person, and virtual settings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Launch Orientation at our Boise location, taking the lead in ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Manage and support global and regional cross-functional collaborator partnerships, fostering strong relationships and providing scalable and streamlined solutions across different regions.
  • Foster connections and a sense of belonging among new hires by creating community-building opportunities throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Lead global onboarding project initiatives, in alignment with our organizational goals and program partners.
  • Use AI-powered platforms to deliver adaptive learning experiences, using advanced technology to provide personalized and efficient onboarding solutions.
  • Track and analyze onboarding survey data, extracting actionable insights and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field, with a focus in onboarding program management and process improvement.
  • Accomplished in public facilitation, with ability to lead, captivate, and engage participants.
  • Experience in customer service, communication, and collaborating with various teams, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong project management skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on forming relationships and influencing cross-functional and global partners.
  • Use your strong data analysis skills to identify patterns and trends, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HR learning and onboarding software and tools.
  • Experience with onboarding solutions that apply artificial intelligence, enabling you to explore creative approaches and improve our onboarding experiences through intelligent automation.
  • Experience supporting organizations through scale and change, providing you with the expertise to navigate complex environments and effectively manage transitions.
