We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in Stillwater, MN. The OT will work with students across K-12 grades, providing essential support to help them develop the skills necessary for academic success and daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to enhance students' functional skills and participation in school activities.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff and parents regarding students' needs and accommodations.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid OT license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
