Position Overview:
The Practical Nursing Specialist is tasked with delivering patient care within the parameters of their training and expertise. This role involves collaboration with various healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient patient care, aligning with the standards and policies of the organization and the Nurse Practice Act of Tennessee. In a clinical setting, the Practical Nursing Specialist reports directly to the supervising Physician.
