Job Summary

As a Team Lead in our Diagnostic Radiology department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our radiology services. You will assist the leader(s) with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, achievement of operating center goals and objectives, customer satisfaction, and in meeting regulatory requirements through providing technical expertise within assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the leader(s) with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, achievement of operating center goals and objectives, customer satisfaction, and in meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise within assigned area and serve as a technical resource for other team members.
  • Participate in quality control and improvement/evaluation activities, staff development activities, and daily support to team members.
  • May be required to have phlebotomy competency for lab at certain sites that do both Radiology and Lab.
Requirements
  • Trade School Graduate - Radiologic Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a radiology technician
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
