About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Kia America. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our in-house attorneys in managing single plaintiff and class action litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate facts, coordinate collection of discovery materials, and review and revise draft discovery responses for single plaintiff and class action litigation.
  • Collect, organize, and archive pleadings and documents related to pending and completed cases.
  • Process Legal Hold Notices.
  • Summarize cases and provide reporting to the legal department and executives.
  • Perform other projects within the legal department as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Paralegal certificate required
  • 8-10 years top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience
  • Prior experience with single plaintiff and class action litigation
  • Prior experience with automotive litigation helpful
