Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product knowledge
  • Restock and reorganize products, as well as maintain a clean and organized retail environment
  • Answer phone and email messages from members, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process sales, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with special events and promotions, and support the buyer with sales reports and budgets
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail experience
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit
  • Strong communication skills and passion for providing great customer service
  • Time management skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate a golf cart and pallet jack, and regularly lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Country club experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
