Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at The Sports Facilities Companies. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
    • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to optimize business performance
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Financial Operations
    • Manage and maintain financial systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets
    • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including management, sales, and marketing
    • Communicate financial information and analysis to non-financial stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficient in financial software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
