Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Johnson Controls International plc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality results and meeting production deadlines.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain hand tools, such as screwdrivers and tape machines, to assemble products.
  • Lifting and Moving: Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, as required.
  • Attention to Detail: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring that all parts are properly assembled and meet specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary parts are available for production.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months of electronic assembly production experience preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications: As requested.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent ability to work in a group setting, and ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
