Position Overview

Compensation: Starting hourly wage of $15.00, with unlimited potential for monthly commissions.

Training: Comprehensive 3-week paid training program, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Work Schedule: Flexible call center hours available from Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 9 PM (specific shifts assigned upon hiring).

As a vital member of the Member Engagement team, your role will involve reaching out to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plan members to facilitate essential healthcare evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct approximately 50 outbound calls per hour to arrange healthcare evaluations.
  • Adhere to approved scripts, ensuring clarity for members while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards in either an office or remote environment.
  • Organize appointments and track performance metrics effectively.
  • Promptly report any issues to supervisors and engage in coaching sessions.
  • Uphold privacy regulations when managing health information.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a call center environment or 2 years of general work experience is required.
  • Prior experience in outbound calling or high-volume settings is advantageous.
  • Capability to thrive in a metrics-driven workplace.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Remote Work Requirements
