Dunkin Counter Clerk

At Snyder's Gateway Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Clerk to join our team. As a Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Greets customers, accepts orders, and processes payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepares and assembles food and drink orders according to company standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area, including the front counter, walk-in cooler, and storage areas.
• Assists with inventory management and notifies management when stock is low.
• Uses the Point of Sale (POS) system to record orders, compute bills, and make change.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
