Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new features and resiliency efforts for the corporate email platforms
  • Manage the SMTP mail relay ecosystem and cloud messaging services
  • Develop and maintain strong adherence to compliance controls and security standards
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify technical and functional needs
  • Drive the evolution of standards and best practices for messaging services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in cloud system administration and service design, preferably in AWS
  • At least 2 years of experience in management, troubleshooting, and support of email transport platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell, or JavaScript)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS
  • 2+ years of experience managing all or some aspects of ProofPoint Email Protect platform
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services DLP strategy and methodology
  • 2+ years of experience in network topology design or management
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
  • 1+ year of experience working in a federally regulated financial services environment
