Lead Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at The Club at Longview. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and credit transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for members and guests

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and continuously bend, reach, and twist, with a high level of physical stamina and endurance
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
