We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at ASPEQ Heating Group, a leading provider of innovative electric heating solutions. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling and fabricating heater unit product codes, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lay out diagrams for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
- Drill and tap holes in specified locations for mounting control units.
- Attach breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
- Hydro test per specification.
- Paint products as necessary.
- Install and wire thermostats and other options.
- Fabricate bussing and solder connections.
- Test and adjust electrical components.
- Discuss errors in diagrams or production orders with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.
We are looking for an individual with one to three months of related experience and/or training. Preferred candidates will have certification in ASME brazing procedures and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
