Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive yearly salary for a full-time position: $85,000 to $115,000 (including base salary and profit sharing)

Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist at Language Essentials, Inc. will create the best life for clients through improving their functional skill levels. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide life-changing treatment, support, and care for children and adult patients with difficulties in communication, eating, drinking, and swallowing.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments, diagnosis, and develop treatment plans for communication, feeding, and/or swallowing needs
  • Liaise with family members, counselors, teachers, psychologists, doctors, and other professionals to design holistic treatments
  • Compile extensive notes on patients' progress
  • Adjust therapies and treatment plans where necessary
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • 1+ years of experience providing speech therapy
  • Competent Computer Skills
  • Hold required California license or has applied
