We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Physician to join our team at PrimoMD. As a Telehealth Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to senior patients through our cutting-edge telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Remote Consultations: Utilize our advanced telehealth technology to conduct remote consultations with senior patients, providing personalized care and attention.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Maintain Accurate Electronic Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
- Provide Compassionate Follow-up Care: Provide compassionate follow-up care and address patient inquiries via our telehealth platform, ensuring patients receive the support they need.
- Medical Degree and California Medical License: Possess a medical degree from an accredited institution and an active California medical license.
- Board Certification and Clinical Experience: Hold board certification in a primary care or relevant specialty field and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with expertise in senior care.
