Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related setting.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • Ability to provide care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, and adults.
