We are seeking a talented Product Design Engineer to join our team in Spokane, Washington. As a member of our Product Design Control team, you will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and delivering thermal management solutions to customers in various industrial equipment markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product design documentation and business system data.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, materials, quality assurance, and IT teams to implement product and process improvements.
- Support sales staff and customers with product application, testing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Initiate improvement activities to optimize product value, performance, and reliability.
- Lead engineering change management projects and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product design and/or development.
- Proficient use of SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Project management experience.
