Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will:
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to enhance patient care.
  • Monitor patients at scheduled intervals, accurately document vital signs, and communicate any concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility, bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for both patients and staff.
  • Engage in purposeful rounding and bedside reporting as required.
  • Perform assigned direct and indirect patient care tasks and provide clerical support as needed.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support certification
- Familiarity with patient care procedures

Preferred:
- At least two years of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
- Proven skills in phlebotomy.
- Completion of an approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or current enrollment in a nursing program.
