Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation, relationship management, brand promotion, and executing sales within a designated territory.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Identifying new prospects within the local market.
  • Engaging in local networking events, trade associations, and community organizations.
  • Collaborating with branch team members to establish sales objectives and strategies.
  • Conducting field measurements and estimating job costs based on project requirements.
  • Preparing and delivering bid proposals.
  • Closing sales with new or existing clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Conducting local market research.
  • Developing a customer pipeline and managing data through CRM for targeted lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Business Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales with mid to upper-level management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in commercial landscape maintenance, property management, or similar fields.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial service industry and local landscape market.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiating with stakeholders, property managers, and diverse clientele.
