Job Summary
Community Council of Nashua, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Adult Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to adults diagnosed with severe mental illness, empowering them to lead full and satisfying lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions, as well as case management services, to clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, Adult Needs and Strength Assessments (ANSA), and Case Management Care Plans (CMCP) in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless client care.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and other departmental meetings to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.
- Manage and respond to emails, voicemails, and other communication in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Familiarity with community resources and the ability to teach effectively.
- Strong collaborating skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.
