SummitWest Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Grand Junction, CO. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, empowering them toward healing and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, educating them and their families on their health journey and supporting them every step of the way.
- Collaborate with our dedicated clinical team to tailor care plans that meet individual needs.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation to foster a culture of safety and communication.
- Current RN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Active Auto Insurance
- Strong communication abilities to educate clients and families effectively
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with our clinical team
- Empathy to connect with clients and promote healing and independence
- Competitive base pay of $35-$39 per hour
- $250 weekly performance bonus
