About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging classes to our members. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, including Reformer, Mat, Chair, Springboard, and TRX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach group classes, private sessions, and workshops in a safe and effective manner.
- Develop and implement class plans that meet the needs of our members.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members.
Requirements:
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat and Reformer).
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
- Professional and effective communication skills.
