Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the CNC laser cutting machine and punch machines to produce high-quality metal products.
  • Perform setup and optimization tasks to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and maintain the bulk tank system, reporting reordering levels to relevant staff.
  • Prepare products for movement to the next department, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineers to resolve issues and improve productivity.
  • Lift raw materials, final products, and packed items manually or using a lift truck.

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills and ability to be cross-trained on equipment.
  • Knowledge of laser/punch operation and hand/power tool usage.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures strictly.
