At Peachtree Wellness Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team
  • Take and record daily client vital signs and assessments
  • Assist with client admissions and discharges
  • Record client observations and report to the medical team as needed
  • Provide compassionate care and support to our clients
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
  • Attend staff trainings and meetings as required
  • Communicate effectively with our pharmacy team
  • Complete client nursing admissions, including intake surveys, blood draws, and TB testing
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted licensure in TN/GA as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions
  • Ability to work with chemically dependent and psychiatric clients in a non-judgmental manner
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with people in recovery or mental health treatment is a plus
