Job Summary

As an Assistant Rural Carrier with the US Postal Service, you will be responsible for delivering packages and mail to customers along a prescribed rural route. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver mail and packages to customers on a Saturday route
  • Use a vehicle to travel along the route, following a dynamic route description
  • Case, deliver, and collect mail and packages as needed
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
