We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Novant Health in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role

This is a full-time night shift position working within our CSSO Float Pool- Critical Care department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced assessment skills and clinical judgment to develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to obtaining BSN within 5 years.
  • A minimum of one year of consecutive experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting, such as Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's services.
  • Current compact licensure in the state of North Carolina required; specialty certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500.
