Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, donors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including parking lots, retail space, donation areas, dressing rooms, and rest rooms
  • Perform specific tasks as assigned to maintain attractive and visually appealing store displays
  • Assist with price checks, shopping cart collection, and other duties as assigned to support a positive customer experience
  • Attend monthly safety meetings and emergency drills
  • Process items donated to the store, including items for in-store use and items to be shipped to the warehouse

Requirements

  • Starting wage range: $8.73 to $9.68/hour, depending on experience
  • Flexibility to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends
  • Dedicated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
