Job Summary:The LPN will provide nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse, recording nursing care given and reporting changes in patient condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac care and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Device Clinic
- Room patients for Device RN visits and assist with 30-day cardiac monitor program
- Assist with clerical duties as needed and appropriate
- Support patient teaching under the direction of RN/Provider
- WI LPN License required
- Cardiac experience preferred
