This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech and language disorders in their homes. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while making a significant impact on their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, current certification as a speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP), and a minimum of 6 months of experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Conduct diagnostic tests and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with our care teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
