Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to contribute to the growth of our expanding company. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply best practices in insulation installation to meet or exceed industry standards
- Operate hand tools such as drills and pumps to ensure efficient and safe work practices
- Work in various environments, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces, to complete projects
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and ensure timely completion
- Knowledge of basic construction parameters, including siding, home building/framing, and thermal envelope
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues
