We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Representative to join our team at Eckerd Connects. As a key member of our outreach and admissions team, you will be responsible for conducting outreach and direct recruitment activities to identify potential students and promote our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain linkages with referral sources, including colleges, school districts, human services agencies, and youth organizations, to identify potential students and conduct outreach activities.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to obtain information to support eligibility and complete applicant folders.
- Follow up on student progress, including length of stay and separation, to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and maintain communication with center staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective outreach and placement.
- Clearly communicate and consistently model appropriate Career Success Standards and employability skills, including personal responsibility and computer fluency.
- Maintain accountability of staff, students, and property, adhering to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.
- Complete all required documentation in individual folders for enrollment, per PRH and company requirements.
- Participate in industry advisory councils, community relations councils, and other activities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field.
- Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field, and 2 years of related experience.
- Valid State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Good organizational skills, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid certificate.
